How do I login to my Donor Account?
To login to your donor account, you can select the “Donor Login” option at the top of the site. Alternatively, you can click here.
There, you have the option to use your password or to use a magic link to login.
Please note that you can’t login unless you have existing donations on this site.
How do I get my donation receipt?
Donation receipts are sent to your email but can also be retrieved through your Donor Account.
Why does my receipt say "Duplicate" over top of it?
For security purposes, any receipt downloaded after the initial email receipt is listed as a duplicate. This does not impact the receipt itself and can still be used regularly.
How do I cancel my reoccurring donation?
We’re so thankful that you were willing to donate on a reoccurring basis but we understand that situations change. You can cancel any of your subscriptions through your Donor Account at any time.
I'm not receiving any emails
Sometimes emails can take a moment to be received but if you aren’t receiving any, then often times resubscribing to receiving emails can do the trick.
